Sheridan is a Master’s Level clinician and holds a license as a Professional Counselor. She strives to provide a safe, non-judgmental, and confidential space for individuals to explore their feelings, thoughts, and beliefs. Her goal is to support you in overcoming obstacles, developing insight, and creating meaningful change. Her approach is rooted in respect and empathy and strives to create a
unique formula for each individual. Sheridan offers individual therapy and couples therapy, and her areas of expertise include sports- performance-related stress, anxiety disorders, trauma, grief, self-
esteem, stress and anger. Sheridan has experience working with individuals across a lifespan, with children through geriatrics.  She is passionate about helping others, and I’m dedicated to
