Life is too short to move through it with excess stressors and problems that weigh us down. As a therapist, my goal is to help people resolve their issues and carry lighter loads, to live a more meaningful, fulfilled existence. My role in a clients life is to be a mirror; to reflect light on their story so that they can process and deal with their issues, while having someone to walk beside them in guidance. 

I believe in a holistic, non-judgmental therapeutic approach and treating the person as a whole, not just individual symptoms. Together, we can work on mental health, spirituality/religion, family health, physical health, relationships & boundaries, self-esteem & confidence, career issues, work-life balance, financial stress, and so much more.  I am also well versed in trauma, PTSD, addiction, self-harm, suicidal ideation and mood disorders, and enjoy staying up-to-date on treatment approaches that could benefit my clients.

Together, we can tackle the biggest culprits that are knocking your life out of balance and creating mental health instability, while also working to increase your satisfaction in life.  I am here to start this journey with you whenever you are ready. I look forward to meeting you.
