Hi there, here’s a little about me: I am an empath by nature. I have been in this field helping others for over 25 years and I love seeing clients grow and progress through difficult times such as anger; anxiety, depression, trauma, low self-esteem; confusion, life transitions, parenting, and all life has to throw at us. I offer supportive psychotherapy, motivational interviewing, dialectical behavioral therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, brief problem solving, holistic therapy, and grief counseling. I am passionate about teaching my clients the necessary tools to move through a difficult place in their journey to a place of wholeness and healing.

I am a licensed social worker with a degree in Psychology and Social Work from Cleveland State University. I have practiced in and around the Cleveland area for most of my career. I have a varied background in mental health, the medical field, inpatient and outpatient treatment, SUD treatment, families and adults, geriatrics, individual counseling as well as group therapy.

I enjoy time with my family; my two grown daughters, and my dog Colt. I enjoy sunshine, beaches, swimming, dancing, shopping, hiking, professional sports such as football, baseball,
and basketball.
