About Meghan Wotsch LPC
Meghan is a graduate student completing her master’s in clinical mental health from John Carroll University and earned her bachelor’s degree from Baldwin-Wallace College. She is interested in individual and couples counseling.
Meghan believe’s the therapeutic process is best tailored to each individual/couple and embraces a systemic approach to understanding how you came to be, and who you are as a person or couple. She believes in the power of holding a warm, nonjudgmental space so that you can explore the deeper, more vulnerable aspects contributing to any challenges you may be facing. Meghan believes our past informs our present, but it is not the only determinant in who we can become or what goals we can achieve.
Meghan is committed to helping clients cultivate healthier thought patterns and behaviors through a strengths-based lens, incorporating cognitive behavioral techniques, mindfulness, motivational interviewing, body + breath work, and a variety of other techniques that best suit the individual.
