My mission as a therapist is to help anyone who feels discouraged, uncertain, unheard, isolated, or even overwhelmed work through these difficult life experiences. Far too often, we feel the crushing weight of insecurity and disempowerment often brought on by depression, anxiety, trauma, substance abuse, and relationship issues. To offer ourselves healing in this life, we are called upon to mend the wounds that are both challenging and scary to confront. As you begin your path of empowerment, allow me to walk alongside you to work together to bring change, acceptance, and light into your life.
