I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and obtained my master’s degree from Ursuline College in Counseling and Art Therapy. I have experience in working with individuals, groups, children, adolescents and adults. I am here to provide support through anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and life transitions. I also offer therapy in both English and Spanish. 

I incorporate techniques from dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused techniques, therapeutic art-making techniques, person-centered therapy, and feminist therapy. I believe therapy should be a safe, non-judgmental space where we can explore thoughts, emotions, and experiences. Together, we will work to identify goals and develop practical tools for creating positive change and growth.
