Crystal is a Licensed Independent Social Worker who earned her master’s degree at Cleveland State University in 2015. Crystal started her career in mental health in the military in 2008 and has since worked with a diverse population. Specifically, Crystal has worked with adolescents and adults struggling with anxiety, depression, ADHD, substance abuse and trauma, as well as with couples experiencing relationship and martial issues. She has worked in substance abuse treatment centers, community organizations and hospital settings.

Crystal uses a person-centered approach to therapy and works closely with each individual to identify their values, strengths and goals. Her treatment approach is holistic, empathetic and nonjudgmental. She uses evidence-based interventions from CBT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing and IFS throughout the treatment process. She understands life can feel overwhelming and difficult and reaching out for help takes a lot of courage.
